CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The customer is entitled to cancel his order, as long as the products are available in our warehouse and have not been shipped. In this case the order cancellation request is carried out without any charge after the customer informed the company ZAIRA in writing, and has requested a refund of the money. In the case of products that are not available in our warehouse and the shipping process has begun from the factory, canceled orders will not be accepted.

RETURNS

Product may be returned within 15 working days upon delivery.

After the return is accepted, the client has the chance to select non-discountable replacement product/s with at least the same amount of value or higher.
In case of a higher value replacement order the transaction will complete after the client covers the difference in said value.
If a returned order have been bought during a sales period, the replacement product/s value would be equal or higher than the discounted price.

Shipping costs for product returns shall be incurred exclusively by the customer.

A return may be accepted only if the product you want to return is at the exact same condition with the one when delivered and is accompanied by the related retail receipt or invoice. The right to withdraw may not be exercised in case of products manufactured according to the consumer’s special specifications or in case of profoundly customized products.

In case of clearance, exhibition products shall be sold at the condition under which they are exhibited at the store (e.g. flaws, marks, etc.) and they cannot be returned after purchase.
Products to be returned may be collected only from the address you had initially indicated in writing as delivery address.

In order to avoid any inconvenience during product delivery, you are strongly encouraged to check on the packaging for the courier’s possible maltreatments. In case of material failure or manufacturing mistake, products may be returned when such failure or mistake is verified by the manufacturer. Consumers must immediately notify the Company with regard to their intention to return a product, as soon as delivery has taken place (contact tel: +30 2821027320). Products may be returned within 15 working days upon delivery. In addition to the rights vested under our return policy, consumers shall, in any case, have all the rights stipulated by the applicable laws and provisions on sale contracts, as well as any right arising with regard to the product guarantee terms.

PRICES

We reserve the right to modify our prices without further notice on our website. This is due to new imports at times and based on new custom charges for our imported products.
